About Lead Catalyst

Lead Catalyst Tech LLP is a SaaS product studio founded by Viraj Shah. We work at the intersection of product strategy, software engineering, and practical artificial intelligence. Our job is to turn a specific, painful customer problem into software that people can use, evaluate, and pay for—not to stretch an idea into an unnecessarily large project.

Our work covers the full path from early product discovery through scope, interface design, implementation, deployment, and iteration. For founders, that often means shaping a lean MVP that tests the most important assumption quickly. For established businesses, it can mean replacing a manual workflow, adding an AI-assisted capability, or building a focused internal or customer-facing SaaS product.

The studio has built more than ten products, completed more than twenty customer projects, and seen more than five products acquired. The portfolio spans jewelry operations, outbound email quality assurance, kitchen exhaust service reporting, LinkedIn lead intelligence, dashboards, interactive product guides, testimonials, education, and consumer applications. That range has reinforced a simple operating principle: build painkillers, not vitamins.

Viraj brings nearly a decade of software experience, including work as a founding engineer at YC-backed Coris. Lead Catalyst is based in India and works with customers remotely.
